SALARIED GP 4-6 SESSIONS PER WEEK

(Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday & Friday)

We are a long established, forward thinking and innovative Practice in the Cambridgeshire Fens seeking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated doctors.

• 3 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 6 PNs and 4 HCAs
• Practice list 12,000 patients
• GMS
• SystmOne
• High QOF achievement
• Good CQC rating 2022
• Training practice with GP registrars
• Part dispensing
• Nurse led chronic disease clinics
• Weekly educational meetings
• Monthly Practice Learning Time meetings
• Monthly GSF Meetings with community teams
• 7 weeks leave, one week study leave (pro rata)
• Low numbers of home visits
• Built in morning coffee break
• 15 minute appointments
• Half day duty sessions
• Clinical administration buddy support system
• Laptop provided to facilitate remote working
• Care co-ordinating/navigating Reception Team
• Administrative GP Assistants carrying out document workflow processing
• Remote pharmacist
• On site social prescribers, care co-ordinator and first contact physiotherapist
• A team that is open to change to ensure safe sustainable working practice for staff and patients

Due to the retirement of one of our Salaried GPs, we are currently looking for a GP to join us 4 – 6 sessions per week (Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday & Friday).

We are a Practice that is proactive, open to change, inclusive of input from staff in all departments and will strive to ensure we maintain a happy and healthy team.
