Salaried GP

Salaried GP – Arbury Road Surgery, Cambridge 

4 Sessions per week – 12 month contract

Sessions are on Tuesday and Friday (non-negotiable)

About Us

Arbury Road Surgery is a well-run practice based in Cambridge serving 12,500 patients.  We are people-centred in our approach to work and strive to support patients in their health journey.  We have a fantastic integrated clinical team who work well together in achieving our aim.  We are innovative and forward-looking, and we embrace technology to enable more effective, efficient, and connected ways of working to deliver ever better outcomes for our patients.  We work hard to ensure that our GPs are motivated and engaged in contributing to a supportive culture of mutual learning. Arbury Road Surgery are well-regarded for GP, student and nurse training. We enjoy weekly clinical meetings, quarterly half day closures.  We are purposeful in our efforts to manage GP workload and ensure sustainability, having developed a diverse and large team of support staff over recent years. Admin teams process letters.  We have clinical support from a large nursing team.  The practice use SystmOne for their clinical system.

Who we are looking for

Whatever stage you’re at in your career, undertaking between 14-17 clinical contacts per session, you will have a passion for medicine, for learning, and for finding solutions or new ways of working. You will be the kind of GP who thrives in a collaborative team, are confident to seek support when you need it and supporting of your peers when they do. You will seek learning from challenge, and humour from life.
