Access & Demand Survey

This survey was launched in May 2021.  The survey questions have been removed but the report and analysis are still available.

May 2021:  We need better data around your access and your demand to evidence the pressures you are under to the CCG, NHSE, local Trusts, CQC, Healthwatch, to patients, and to the wider public. Help us to help you.

Over the next few weeks, we want to produce a series of support and guidance resources to help you to:

  • Define what an unacceptable and dangerous workload looks like
  • Push back against unacceptable workload demands and workload shift
  • Help you to work collaboratively at an ICS level to introduce a nationwide ‘OPEL alert’ system for use by practices, supported by your LMC
  • Help you to deal with any vexatious abuse or complaints from patients.
