GP Partner/Salaried GP

We are looking for an enthusiastic GP Partner or SGP (with a view to Partnership) to join our small and friendly team at Great Staughton Surgery. The vacancy is for 6 clinical sessions per week.  We are open to alternative working patterns for the right candidate but cannot support wholly remote working.

We are a very friendly, rural practice with a growing list size of approx. 5300. Great Staughton is located five miles from St Neots with excellent transport links to the A1/A14. We were rated first for patient experience in the 2023 GP Patient Survey.

Our practice team consists of 1 GP Partner, 2 SGPs, an ANP, 2 PNs, HCA and a Clinical Pharmacist.  We also have a visiting Midwife, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescriber, Care Co-ordinator, Nurse Associate, First Contact Physiotherapist and PRISM. We are supported by a full management and administration team, and are a Dispensing and Systmone practice.

We are high QOF achievers and have a daily governance meeting, weekly clinical meetings and protected admin time.
