Operations Manager
Salary: Dependant on previous experience
Hours: up to full time
Jenner Healthcare are seeking a proactive individual with primary care experience to join the current management team. The management team is currently made up of two Practice Managers, a project lead and a Finance Manager.
The successful candidate should have experience or be willing to gain experience of:
Managing a team
Project work
Reporting work
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work to deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Good organisation skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
Finance support
Jenner Healthcare is made up of three practices which are based at Eye, Thorney and Whittlesey. The successful candidate will be based at Whittlesey but expected to work across all three sites when required. The practice uses SystmOne for the clinical system, the successful candidate must have previous SystmOne experience.
The working hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
