Salaried GP (with a view to Partnership) opportunity at Priory Fields Surgery, Huntingdon *up to 6 sessions*

An excellent opportunity has arisen to become a Salaried GP at Priory Fields Surgery. We are a busy and innovative practice with a friendly and supportive ethos, covering central Huntingdon and surrounding villages. We have a modern and spacious, practice owned premises with attached pharmacy, central town location with local shopping, good road links (Cambridge 18 miles), fast rail link to London, and easy access to the Cambridgeshire countryside.

We are a SystmOne practice with around 12,000 patients. We have 3 partners, 4 salaried GPs and a large support team. We are a well organised practice, supported by a fantastic administrative team. We are part of the Huntingdon PCN, and work collaboratively with the 3 other surgeries involved, ensuring we are all using the PCN’s full potential. As a practice we are forward thinking, adaptable, and open to change.

We have a Good CQC rating with some outstanding features. High patient satisfaction.

We are also a thriving and highly respected teaching practice with all levels of GP trainees, FY2, and Cambridge medical students, with the opportunity to get involved. We aim to use our resources to help with training in all departments, and ensure we can support our staff to evolve and progress into their chosen positions.

We are looking for a Salaried GP to join in the coming months with the view to discuss Partnership within the next few years. Number of sessions and start dates are flexible and we’re happy to wait for the right candidate.
