SALARIED GP 4-6 SESSIONS PER WEEK

(Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday & Friday)

We are a long established, forward thinking and innovative Practice in the Cambridgeshire Fens seeking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated doctors.

• 3 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 6 PNs and 4 HCAs
• Practice list 12,000 patients
• GMS
• SystmOne
• High QOF achievement
• Good CQC rating 2022
• Training practice with GP registrars
• Part dispensing
• Nurse led chronic disease clinics
• Weekly educational meetings
• Monthly Practice Learning Time meetings
• Monthly GSF Meetings with community teams
• 7 weeks leave, one week study leave (pro rata)
• Low numbers of home visits
• Built in morning coffee break
• 15 minute appointments
• Half day duty sessions
• Clinical administration buddy support system
• Laptop provided to facilitate remote working
• Care co-ordinating/navigating Reception Team
• Administrative GP Assistants carrying out document workflow processing
• Remote pharmacist
• On site social prescribers, care co-ordinator and first contact physiotherapist
