3 SESSION SALARIED GP

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our practice on a fixed term contract until March 2027.  Working across two sites, our fully dispensing practice is situated in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside, 6 miles south west of Cambridge, with easy access to the M11 (junction 12).  We are a happy established partnership that is looking for the right GP to join our team. There may be the opportunity of a permanent post at the end of the initial fixed term contract subject to new funding as details emerge.

We are a forward-thinking, dynamic and friendly practice, keen to explore innovative solutions that benefit staff and patients alike.

All our team have daily coffee breaks and weekly team meetings. The weekly meetings are on an annual schedule that include   Safeguarding, Clinical Update, Partners and Nurses Communications.

Our multi-disciplinary clinical team includes experienced Practice Nurses, Diabetes Nurse, Respiratory Nurse, Physio, HCA’s, PCN Pharmacist, PCN Technician and PCN Social Prescriber.

We have excellent working relationships with other neighbouring practices, working collaboratively as part of Meridian Primary Care Network.

We are a Hub practice for the Cambridge GP Network Federation hosting Extended Access.

Our practice area is semi-rural, with a stable patient population encouraging good continuity of care.

Outstanding local schools within the practice area and in Cambridge.

What we are looking for:

A GP who is a committed, enthusiastic team player to work 3 sessions as a Salaried GP on a fixed term contract (permanent considered subject to new funding details as they emerge)

Informal visits encouraged (virtual or in person).
